AB8 Login – Simple, Secure & Always Accessible

Almost everyone has run into a login issue on an online platform at some point — a forgotten password, a delayed OTP, or a page that won't load. AB8 has built its login system with these common problems in mind, aiming to make the sign-in experience as smooth as possible.

There are two ways to log in to AB8 — with your mobile number and password, or with your email and password. Whichever you used during registration will be the easiest option. Most users in Bangladesh log in with their mobile number, as it's the most familiar and straightforward method.

First-time login on a new device

When you log in to AB8 from a new phone or computer, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number as an added security measure — this prevents anyone else from accessing your account. The OTP typically arrives within 30 seconds. If it's delayed, wait a few minutes and request a new one.

If you log in regularly from the same device, you can use the "Remember this device" option. Once enabled, you'll only need your password next time — no OTP required. However, avoid using this option on shared or public computers.

What to do if you forget your password?

If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. On the next page, enter your registered mobile number or email. A verification code will be sent to you — use it to set a new password. The whole process typically takes less than 5 minutes.

When setting a new password, choose something strong. A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — at least 8 characters in total — will keep your account more secure. Avoid using your date of birth or phone number as a password, as these are easy to guess.

Is logging in on the mobile app any different?

No — the login process on the AB8 app is the same: enter your mobile number or email and password. The app also supports biometric login, letting you sign in quickly with your fingerprint or Face ID. To enable it, go to Settings in the app and activate the "Biometric Login" option. App logins are generally faster than browser logins, and sessions last longer.

Log in on multiple devices simultaneously

AB8 allows you to log in to the same account from multiple devices simultaneously — such as your phone and computer at the same time. For security, the system sends a notification whenever a login is detected from an unrecognized device. If you receive a notification about a login from a device you don't recognize, change your password immediately and contact AB8 support.

• If your phone is lost or stolen, contact support immediately — your account can be temporarily locked.
